Really beautifully done. The monument itself is situated at the intersection of Prescott Terrace and Alexandra Avenue at Rose Park. The ‘Avenue of Honour’ mentioned in the ‘Norwood (SA)’ album continues south along the median of Prescott Terrace (dividing Rose Park and Toorak Gardens) until it reaches the Rose Park monument, and then heads west towards Fullarton Road. Trees are planted in memory of the fallen.
